Specification

Dissolving Method
1. Hot Water: Gradually introduce the flakes into room temperature water at a proportion of 5~10%. Stir continuously for 3~5 minutes, then gradually heat the mixture to 70~75ºC while stirring slowly until completely dissolved. Reserve the solution for use.
2. Direct Hot Water: Add the flakes directly into 60~70ºC water at a proportion of 5~10%. Stir gently until fully dissolved. Reserve the solution for use.

2.Exhibits excellent salt tolerance, alkali resistance, and low yellowing properties.
3. Minimal impact on fabric whiteness and color shade.
Application
Ideal for fabrics requiring high salt resistance.
Usage
1. Padding Method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: One dip, one pad or two dips, two pads
2. Dipping Method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC~50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 mins
3. For compatibility with other auxiliaries and processes, please test first and adjust accordingly based on the results.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage Period: Store for up to 12 months in a cool, shady place.
2. Packaging: Available in 25kg plastic woven bags.
