Specification

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Add the flakes into room temperature water gradually in the proportion of 5~10%, stir for 3~5 minutes, continue stirring and gradually heat to 70~75ºC. Maintain slow stirring until completely dissolved, then reserve for use.
2. Hot water directly: Add the flakes into 60~70ºC water in the proportion of 5~10%, then stir slowly until fully dissolved, then reserve for use.

1.Provides fabric with superior softness, smoothness, and a full hand feel.
2.Exhibits excellent salt tolerance, alkali resistance, and low yellowing properties.
3. Minimal impact on fabric whiteness and color shade.
Application
Ideal for fabrics requiring high salt resistance.
Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temperature: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: one dip, one pad, or two dips, two pads.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temperature: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 minutes
3. For compatibility with other auxiliaries and processes, test first and adjust according to the results.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage period: 12 months in a cool and shady place.
2. 25kg in a plastic woven bag.
