Specification
1. Fabric type: Same bath dyed fabric

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually add the flakes into room temperature water in a proportion of 5~10%. Stir for 3~5 minutes, then gradually heat to 70~75ºC while continuing to stir until fully dissolved. Reserve for use.
2. Hot water directly: Add the flakes into 60~70ºC water in a proportion of 5~10%. Stir slowly until completely dissolved. Reserve for use.

Application
Ideal for fabrics requiring high salt resistance.
Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: One dip, one pad or two dips, two pads
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 mins
3. Intermixibility with other auxiliaries and processes should be tested first and adjusted according to the results.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage period: 12 months in a cool and shady place.
2. Available in 25kg plastic woven bags.
