Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually introduce the flakes into room temperature water, maintaining a ratio of 5~10%. Engage in a gentle stir for 3~5 minutes, then continue stirring while progressively heating to 70~75ºC. Stir steadily until full dissolution is achieved, readying the solution for use.
2. Hot water directly: Directly immerse the flakes into water heated to 60~70ºC at a proportion of 5~10%, then gently stir until thoroughly dissolved, preparing it for immediate application.

Application

Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: Use 20~30g/L of a 10% solution at a temperature range of 30ºC~40ºC for optimal results.
Technology: Implement one dip, one pad, or two dips, two pads to achieve desired fabric enhancements.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: Apply 3~8% (o.w.f) of a 10% solution, maintaining a temperature of 40ºC-50ºC for best outcomes.
Liquor ratio: Maintain a ratio of 1:10~15, allowing a processing time of 30 minutes for effective integration.
3. Ensure intermiscibility with other auxiliaries and processes by conducting preliminary tests and adjusting based on results for optimal performance.
Storage & Packing
1. Store in cool, shaded conditions for a 12-month period to maintain product efficacy.
