Specification
1. Fabric type: Specifically formulated for dyed fabrics sharing the same bath.
2. Component: Composed of diverse polymeric compounds for enhanced performance.
Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually introduce the flakes into water at room temperature at a 5~10% proportion. Stir for 3~5 minutes, then continue stirring while heating incrementally to 70~75ºC. Stir gently until fully dissolved, then set aside for use.
2. Hot water directly: In water heated to 60~70ºC, introduce the flakes at a 5~10% proportion. Stir slowly to ensure thorough dissolution, then set aside for utilization.
Property
1. Enhances fabric with an exceptionally soft and smooth touch, resulting in a fuller handled feeling
2. Boasts superb salt tolerance and alkali resistance, with a low yellowing property yellowing proporty
3. Minimizes impact on the whiteness and shade of fabrics shade
Application
Ideal for fabrics with high salt resistance requirements.
Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: Use 20~30g/L (10% solution) at a temperature range of 30ºC~40ºC.
Technology: Opt for either one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads processes.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: Apply 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) within a temperature range of 40ºC-50ºC.
Liquor ratio: Maintain a 1:10~15 ratio, with a processing duration of 30 minutes.
3. Ensure compatibility with other auxiliaries by conducting preliminary tests and adjusting based on the results.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage period: Keep in a cool and shaded area for up to 12 months.
2. Packed in 25kg robust plastic woven bags.
