[Dissolving Method]
l Cold water: During stirring add the flakes into 30ºC water gradually in the proportion of 6~10%, stir for 3-5 minutes, make it disperse, then let it stand for 1~2 hours, after that stir slowly into a luxurious paste, reserve for use.
l Warm water: Add the flakes into room temperature water gradually in the proportion of 6~10%, stir for 3-5 minutes and heat up to 50~60ºC, then stir for 30~60 minutes slowly into a sublime paste, cool down and reserve for use.

[Application]
l Our versatile Cold Water Dissolving Softener Flakes are ideal for enhancing the feel and finish of various textiles. Perfectly suited for knitwear, woven fabrics, and polyester cotton blends, they are especially effective for cotton and T/C chemical fibers.
[Usage]
l For optimal results using the Padding method: Apply a dosage of 20~30g/L (using a 10% solution) at a temperature of 30~40ºC
with the technology of one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads to achieve the desired softness and texture.
l When employing the Dipping method: use a dosage of 3~8% (o.w.f) with a 10% solution at a temperature of 40ºC-50ºC
with a liquor ratio of 1:10~15 for a duration of 30 minutes, ensuring premium quality softening.

l To maintain product integrity, store in a cool and shady place for a storage period of up to 12 months.
l Conveniently packaged in 25kg plastic woven bags, ensuring ease of handling and transportation.
