Dissolving Method:
1. Cold water: Start by gently stirring the flakes into water at 30ºC, using a proportion of 6~10%. Stir continuously for 3-5 minutes until dispersed, then let it stand for 1~2 hours, followed by slow stirring until it forms a paste. The solution is then ready for use.
2. Warm water: Gradually introduce the flakes into water at room temperature with a ratio of 6~10%, stir for 3-5 minutes, then heat to 50~60ºC, maintaining agitation for 30~60 minutes until a paste is formed, then allow it to cool.
Property:
1. Provide fiber and textile excellent soft and smooth hand feeling
2. Cotton and chemical fiber can get good soft and smooth feeling after finishing
3. Can be used for lubricating yarn and make sanding, napping smoothly
Application:
Can be used for knit, woven and polyester cotton, especially apply for cotton and T/C chemical fiber.
Usage:
Padding method:
Dosage: Use 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temperature: 30~40ºC,
Technology: one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads
Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f)(10% solution) Liquor ratio of 1:10~15
Temperature: 40ºC-50ºC Time: 30 minutes.
Storage & Packing:
1. 25KGS in woven bag
2. Storage for 12 months in cool and shady place.
