Dissolving Method
1. Cold water:Add the flakes intocool 30ºC watergradually in the proportion of 5~10%, stir for 3-5 minutes until itdisperses, thenlet it standfor 1~2 hours,and thenstir slowly into a smooth paste, reservefor use.
2. Warm water:Add the flakes into room temperature water gradually in the proportion of5~10%,stir for 3-5 minutesandheat up to 60~70ºC,then stir slowly to dissolve thoroughly, reservefor use.

Application
1. Ideal for treating denim and hand-washed fabrics in washing plants.

Usage
1. Padding:
        Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
        Process: one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads.
2. Dipping:
        Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC~50ºC
        Liquor ratio: 1:10 ~15 Time: 30 mins.
3. For compatibility with other auxiliaries and processes, test first and adjust accordingly.

1. Storage period: 12 months in a cool and shady place.
2. Packaging: 25kg in plastic woven bag.
