Specification

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually introduce the flakes into room temperature water at a ratio of 5~10%. Stir for 3~5 minutes, then continue stirring while gently heating to 70~75ºC. Stir slowly until fully dissolved; then store for later use.
2. Hot water directly: Introduce the flakes into water heated to 60~70ºC at a ratio of 5~10%. Stir slowly until thoroughly dissolved; then store for later use.

Application

Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temperature: 30ºC~40ºC
Technique: Execute with one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads for best results.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temperature: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Duration: 30 minutes
3. Compatibility with other auxiliaries: Conduct preliminary tests and adjust as necessary for seamless integration.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage period: Keep in a cool, shaded area to ensure a 12-month shelf life.
