Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: For seamless dissolving, gradually add the flakes into room-temperature water at a proportion of 5~10%. Stir for 3~5 minutes, then gently heat to 70~75ºC, stirring continuously until the solution is perfectly smooth and ready.
2. Hot water directly: Introduce the flakes into water heated to 60~70ºC, maintaining a 5~10% proportion. Stir slowly to achieve complete dissolution, ensuring the mixture is thoroughly combined and ready for application.

Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) | Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Utilize one dip and one pad or opt for two dips and two pads for maximum efficiency.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) | Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 | Time: 30 mins, ensuring optimal fabric treatment.
3. For intermiscibility with other auxiliaries and processes, conduct preliminary tests and adjust based on results to achieve the best outcomes.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage period: 12 months in a cool and shady place to maintain product efficacy.
2. Packaged in 25kg plastic woven bags, ensuring safe and convenient handling.
