Specification
1. Fabric type: Suitable for same bath dyed fabric

Dissolving Method
1. Using Hot Water: Gradually introduce the flakes into room temperature water at a ratio of 5~10%, stir for 3~5 minutes. Continue stirring while heating slowly to 70~75ºC until fully dissolved. Set aside for future use.
2. Direct Hot Water Method: Add flakes directly into water heated to 60~70ºC at a 5~10% ratio, stirring gently until fully dissolved. Prepare for immediate use.

Application
Ideal for fabrics requiring high salt resistance.
Usage
1. Padding Method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temperature: 30ºC~40ºC
Technique: Single dip and pad or double dip and pad
2. Dipping Method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temperature: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Duration: 30 minutes
3. For compatibility with other auxiliaries and processes, please conduct preliminary testing and adjust accordingly.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage: Maintain in a cool, shaded location for up to 12 months.
2. Packaging: Available in 25kg plastic woven bags.
