Dissolving Method
Cold water: During stirring, gradually add the flakes into water at 30ºCproportionately (5~10%), stirring for 3-5 minutes to disperse. Allow to stand for 1~2 hours, then stir slowly into a paste. Ready for use.
Warm water: Gradually add the flakes into room temperature water (proportion: 5~10%), stir for 3-5 minutes, and heat to 50~60ºC. Stir slowly for 30~60 minutes to form a paste, cool, and reserve for use.

1. Imparts a superb soft, bulky, and exquisite hand feel to fabrics.
2. Offers a soft, smooth, and elastic feel when combined with silicone oil.
Application
Ideal for soft finishing cotton, linen, chemical fiber, and blended yarns and fabrics, with an exceptional effect on cotton and T/C fabrics.
Usage
1.Padding method: Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution), Temp.: 30~40ºC Process: One dip, one pad or two dips, two pads.
2.Dipping method: Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution), Temp.: 40ºC-50ºCLiquor ratio: 1:10~15, Time: 30 minutes.
Storage & Packing
1.Storage period: 12 months in a cool and shady place.
2.Packed in 25kg plastic woven bags. For compatibility with other auxiliaries and processes, test first and adjust accordingly.
