Dissolving Method 1. Hot water: Gradually introduce the flakes into room temperature water in a concentration of 5~10%. Stir for 3~5 minutes, then continue stirring as you gently heat to 70~75ºC. Maintain stirring until completely dissolved, then set aside for use.
2. Hot water directly: Add flakes directly into 60~70ºC water, maintaining a 5~10% concentration. Stir carefully until fully dissolved, then reserve for use.

Application Specifically designed for fabrics demanding high salt resistance.
Usage1. Padding method:
Dosage: Use 20~30g/L of a 10% solution at temperatures ranging from 30ºC to 40ºC.
Technology: Apply via one dip and one pad or opt for two dips and two pads for enhanced penetration.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: Utilize 3~8% (o.w.f) of a 10% solution at 40ºC to 50ºC.
Liquor ratio: Maintain a 1:10~15 ratio for 30 minutes to ensure optimal fabric treatment.
3. Before combining with other auxiliaries and processes, it is advisable to conduct preliminary tests and make necessary adjustments based on the outcomes.
Storage & Packing 1. Store for up to 12 months in a cool, shaded environment to maintain quality.
2. Packaged in 25kg plastic woven bags for secure storage and transport.
