Specification
1. Fabric type: Ideal for use with same bath dyed fabric ensuring seamless application and optimal results.

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually introduce the flakes into room temperature water at a ratio of 5~10%. Stir for 3~5 minutes, then continue stirring as you gently heat the mixture to 70~75ºC until fully dissolved. Set aside for later use.
2. Hot water directly: Introduce the flakes into 60~70ºC water at a ratio of 5~10%, stir slowly to ensure complete dissolution, and set aside for subsequent use.

Application

Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technique: One dip, one pad or two dips, two pads for precision application.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 minutes for optimal results.
3. For intermiscibility with other auxiliaries, conduct preliminary testing and adjust based on findings.
Storage & Packing
1. Store in a cool and shaded area for up to 12 months to maintain the product's integrity.
2. Packaged in 25kg plastic woven bags for secure handling and transport.
