Specification
1.Fabric type
: Same bath dyed fabric.

: Multiple polymeric compounds.
Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Add the flakes into room temperature water gradually in the proportion of 5~10%, stir for 3~5 minutes, keep stirring and gradually heat to 70~75ºC. Continue to stir slowly until fully dissolved, then set aside for use.
2. Hot water directly: Add the flakes into 60~70ºC water in the proportion of 5~10%, then stir slowly until thoroughly dissolved, then set aside for use.

1.Provides fabrics with a superior soft, smooth, and full hand feel.
2.Demonstrates excellent salt tolerance, alkali resistance, and low yellowing properties.
3. Minimal impact on fabric whiteness and color shade.
Application
Ideal for fabrics requiring high salt resistance.
Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: One dip, one pad or two dips, two pads
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 mins
3. For compatibility with other auxiliaries and processes, please test first and adjust accordingly.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage period: 12 months in a cool, shaded place.
2. Available in 25kg plastic woven bags.
