Dissolving Method 1. Hot water: Gradually introduce the flakes into room temperature water at a proportion of 5~10%, stirring continuously for 3~5 minutes. Then, gently heat the mixture to 70~75ºC, ensuring complete dissolution. Reserve the solution for later use.
2. Hot water directly: Introduce the flakes directly into 60~70ºC water at a proportion of 5~10%. Stir slowly until thoroughly dissolved, and reserve for subsequent application.

Application Perfect for fabrics requiring high salt resistance.
Usage1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (using a 10% solution). Temperature: Maintain at 30ºC~40ºC.
Technology: Opt for either one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads for optimal results.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) using a 10% solution. Maintain temperature at 40ºC-50ºC.
Liquor ratio: Maintain at 1:10~15 with a duration of 30 minutes.
3. For intermiscibility with other auxiliaries, conduct preliminary testing and adjust processes based on the results to ensure compatibility.
Storage & Packing 1. Store in a cool and shady location for up to 12 months, ensuring longevity.
2. Packaged in a 25kg plastic woven bag for secure storage.
