Specification
1. Fabric Type
: Ideal for same bath dyed fabrics.

: Composed of multiple polymeric compounds.
Dissolving Method
1. Hot Water Method: Slowly add the flakes into room temperature water at a proportion of 5~10%. Stir for 3~5 minutes, then gradually heat the solution to 70~75ºC while stirring continuously until completely dissolved. Reserve for use.
2. Direct Hot Water Method: Add the flakes into 60~70ºC water at a proportion of 5~10%, stir gradually until fully dissolved, then reserve for use.

Usage
1. Padding Method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Process: One dip, one pad or two dips, two pads
2. Dipping Method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 minutes
3. Intermiscibility: Test the product's compatibility with other auxiliaries and processes before use, and adjust as needed.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage Period: 12 months in a cool, shaded place.
2. Packaging: 25kg in a plastic woven bag.
