Specification

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gently introduce the flakes into water at room temperature, maintaining a concentration of 5~10%. Stir for 3~5 minutes, then continue stirring while heating the solution to a warm and welcoming 70~75ºC. Keep stirring until the flakes are completely dissolved, then set aside for future use.
2. Hot water directly: Add the flakes into water at a comforting 60~70ºC, maintaining a 5~10% concentration. Stir gently to ensure the flakes dissolve completely and seamlessly, then set aside for use.

Application
Ideal for fabrics requiring high salt resistance.
Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Process: one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 mins
3. For compatibility with other auxiliaries, conduct tests initially and make adjustments based on results.
Storage & Packing
1. Store in a cool, shaded area for up to 12 months.
2. Packaged in 25kg plastic woven bags.
