                                                         Disperse Printing Thickener KR-709S

Specification
 Designed for batik printing of polyester fabrics. KR-709S is a new auxiliary which set
 to replaces the sodium alginate and other traditional pastes with its clear color
 shape and brightness, higher color yield and vivid colors. It has the effect of double
 and equally penetration on both sides of the fabrics during the printing procedure,
 also increases the productivity while reduces the production costs.

Property
KR-709S offers a solid thickening ability and better paste stability.
Maintains same results on both sides of the fabrics with strong permeability.
Well-proportioned color on the fabrics, no color spots and blurry vision of colors.

Clear color shape and brightness on the fabrics, no out of bound.
Couple minutes high speed stirring to makes the pastes, very easy and convenient.

Usage

Option one: Applies a specific amount of dyes and soft water , adds KR-709S then
stirs it at high speed emulsify equipments for couple minutes, adds another lesser
amount of KR-709S in case of lack of viscosities of the paste.
Option two: Applies a specific amount of KR-709S and soft water, stirs it at high
speed emulsify equipments. Makes it as a basic paste.
Dosage
The recommended dosage is 4.5%, specific dosage can be adjust according different
printing technology.

Storage & Packing

Storage in cool, dry and ventilated place, the shelf life is 12 months.
50KG, 125KG or 150KG plastic drum, or depends on customer's requirement.
