Specification
1. Fabric Type: Same bath dyed fabric
2. Component: Multiple polymeric compounds
Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Add the flakes into room temperature water gradually in the proportion of 5~10%, stir for 3~5 minutes, then gently heat to 70~75ºC while continuing to stir until fully dissolved. Reserve the solution for use.
2. Hot water directly: Add the flakes into 60~70ºC water in the proportion of 5~10%, then stir slowly until thoroughly dissolved. Reserve the solution for use.

1. Provides fabric with superior softness, smoothness, and a full handfeel feelingg
2. Demonstrates excellent salt tolerance, alkali resistance, and a low yellowyellowing property
3. Exerts minimal impact on fabric whiteness and color shade
Application
Ideal for fabrics demanding high salt resistance.
Usage
1. Padding Method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: One dip, one pad or two dips, two pads
2. Dipping Method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor Ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 mins
3. For compatibility with other auxiliaries and processes, please test first and adjust accordingly.
Storage & Packing
1. Store for up to 12 months in a cool, shady place.
2. Packed in 25kg plastic woven bags.
