Dissolving Method
Hot water preparation: To create a perfect solution, gently introduce the softener flakes into room temperature water, maintaining a 5~10% concentration. Stir the mixture for 3~5 minutes to ensure even distribution, then gradually bring the solution to a warm 65~70ºC. Continue stirring slowly until every flake is flawlessly dissolved, leaving you with a ready-to-use solution.

Technology: Achieve uniform application with methods such as one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads, tailored to your processing needs.
Dipping method: For effective usage, apply at 3~8% (based on fabric weight) using a 10% solution, maintaining a temperature between 40ºC~50ºC.
Liquor ratio: Maintain a balanced 1:10~15 ratio for 30 minutes to achieve the desired fabric quality and performance.
