Property:

4. Feature: dissolved in cold water instantly, very fluffy hand feeling
Dissolving Method:
Cold water: During stirring add the flakes into 30ºC water gradually in the proportion of 6~10%, stirring for 3-5minutes, making it disperse, then leave it stand for 1~2hours, after that stir slowly into paste and reserve for use.
Warm water: Add the flakes into room temperature water gradually in the proportion of 6~10%, stirring for 3-5minutes, heat up to 50~60ºC, then stirring 30~60minutes slowly into paste, cool it down
Application:
Can be used for soft finishing of cotton, linen, chemical fiber and blended yarn and fabric, has especially outstanding effect on cotton and T/C fabric.
Usage:
Padding method: 20~30g/L(10% solution), temperature 30~40ºC, technology: one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads
Dipping method: Blend Ratio: Use 3~8% (of weight of fabric) when preparing a 10% solution. Ensure a liquor ratio of 1:10~15 and maintain temperature as prescribed. 40ºC-50ºC
Duration: Allow the process to proceed for 30 minutes to achieve optimal results.
Storage & Packing Guidelines:
Packaged securely in 1.25KGS durable woven bags.
2. Store in a cool and shady environment to preserve quality for up to 12 months.
3. For compatibility with other auxiliaries and processes, conduct preliminary testing and make necessary adjustments based on results.
