Specification

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Introduce the flakes into water at room temperature, gradually mixing at a 5~10% proportion. Stir thoroughly for 3~5 minutes, then gently increase the heat to 70~75ºC. Continue to stir until completely dissolved. Set aside for future use.
2. Hot water directly: Introduce the flakes into water heated to 60~70ºC at a 5~10% proportion, stirring slowly until thoroughly dissolved. Set aside for future use.

Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temperature: 30ºC~40ºC
Technique: Employ either one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads for best results.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temperature: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Duration: 30 minutes
3. Compatibility with other auxiliaries and processes should be tested first and adjusted based on outcomes.
Storage & Packing
1. Store for up to 12 months in a cool and shaded environment to maintain quality.
2. Available in 25kg plastic woven bags for convenient handling and storage.
