Property:
1. Provide fiber and textile excellent soft and smooth hand feeling
2. Provide soft, smooth and elastic feeling when combined with silicone oil.

4. Feature: dissolved in cold water instantly, very fluffy hand feeling
Dissolving Method:
Cold water: During stirring add the flakes into 30ºC water gradually in the proportion of 6~10%, stirring for 3-5minutes, making it disperse, then leave it stand for 1~2hours, after that stir slowly into paste and reserve for use.
Warm water: Add the flakes into room temperature water gradually in the proportion of 6~10%, stirring for 3-5minutes, heat up to 50~60ºC, then stirring 30~60minutes slowly into paste, cool it down
Application:
Can be used for soft finishing of cotton, linen, chemical fiber and blended yarn and fabric, has especially outstanding effect on cotton and T/C fabric.
Usage:
Padding method: 20~30g/L(10% solution), temperature 30~40ºC, technology: one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads
Dipping method: Dilute to a 3~8% concentration (o.w.f) using a 10% solution, ensuring a liquor ratio finely tuned between 1:10~15, and prepare at a specific temperature: 40ºC-50ºC
maintain for a duration of 30 minutes.
Storage & Packing
Package securely in 1.25 KGS woven bags
2. Store in a cool and stable environment for up to 12 months, avoiding direct sunlight by keeping it shady and well-protected.
3. Ensure compatibility with other auxiliaries and processes by conducting preliminary tests, and make adjustments based on the results obtained.
