Specification
1. Fabric type: Specifically designed for same bath dyed fabric, offering superior compatibility and performance.

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually integrate the flakes into room temperature water at a 5~10% ratio, stirring continuously for 3~5 minutes. Gradually heat the mixture to 70~75ºC while stirring gently until fully dissolved, then set aside for future use.
2. Hot water directly: Introduce the flakes into water pre-heated to 60~70ºC at a 5~10% ratio. Stir gently until fully dissolved, and it is ready for use.

Application

Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Employ one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads techniques for best results.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 mins
3. For compatibility with other auxiliaries and processes, conduct preliminary tests and adjust as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage period: Retain product efficacy for up to 12 months when stored in a cool, shady place.
2. Available in 25kg amounts, packaged in sturdy plastic woven bags for secure transportation and storage.
