Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually introduce the flakes into room-temperature water at a 5~10% proportion, stirring consistently for 3~5 minutes. Continue stirring while carefully heating to 70~75ºC, ensuring thorough dissolution. Reserve for optimal use.
2. Hot water directly: Blend the flakes into 60~70ºC water at a 5~10% proportion, stirring slowly to achieve complete dissolution. Reserve for future use.

Application

Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Execute with precision using one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads for optimal results.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 mins for thorough treatment
3. Ensure compatibility by testing intermiscibility with other auxiliaries and processes, adjusting based on results for best outcomes.
Storage & Packing
1. Store in a cool and shady location for up to 12 months to maintain product efficacy.
