Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually introduce the flakes into room temperature water at a ratio of 5~10%. Stir consistently for 3~5 minutes, then continue stirring while heating gently to 70~75ºC. Stir until fully dissolved for optimal use.
2. Hot water directly: Add the flakes directly into water maintained at 60~70ºC in a 5~10% proportion. Stir gently to achieve a thorough dissolution, ready for application.

Application

Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) with a temperature setting of 30ºC~40ºC for effective application.
Technology: Choose between one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads for optimal results.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) using a 10% solution and a temperature range of 40ºC-50ºC.
Liquor ratio: Maintain at 1:10~15 with a processing time of 30 minutes to ensure thorough treatment.
3. Test intermiscibility with other auxiliaries and processes first, and adjust according to results for best outcomes.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage period: Maintain in a cool and shaded place for up to 12 months to preserve quality.
2. Packaged efficiently in 25kg plastic woven bags for ease of handling and storage.
