Specification

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Introduce the flakes into room temperature water progressively, maintaining a 5~10% ratio. Stir continuously for 3~5 minutes, then gently heat to 70~75ºC while stirring until fully dissolved, ready for use.
2. Hot water directly: Add flakes into 60~70ºC water at a 5~10% ratio, stirring gradually to achieve complete dissolution, then reserve for application.

Application
Ideal for fabrics requiring high salt resistance and durability.
Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: Use 20~30g/L of a 10% solution, maintaining a temperature of 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Opt for one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads for desired results.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: Employ 3~8% (o.w.f) with a 10% solution, at a temperature ranging from 40ºC to 50ºC.
Liquor ratio: Maintain a 1:10~15 ratio with a processing time of 30 minutes.
3. Test for compatibility with other auxiliaries and adjust processes accordingly for optimal performance.
Storage & Packing
1. Store for up to 12 months in a cool, shaded environment to maintain quality.
2. Product is packed in 25kg plastic woven bags for secure storage and handling.
