Dissolving Method
Cold water: During stirring, gently add the flakes into 30ºCwater gradually in a proportion of 5~10%. Stir for 3-5 minutes to disperse, then allow it to stand for 1~2 hours. After that, stir slowly until it forms a paste. Reserve for use.
Warm water: Gradually add the flakes into room temperature water in a proportion of 5~10%. Stir for 3-5 minutes and heat up to 50~60ºC. Stir slowly for 30~60 minutes until it forms a paste. Cool down and reserve for use.
Property
1. Imparts fabric with an excellent, soft, bulk, and exquisite hand feeling.
2. When combined with silicone oil, it provides a soft, smooth, and elastic texture.
Application
Ideal for soft finishing of cotton, linen, chemical fiber, and blended yarn fabrics. It is particularly effective on cotton and T/C fabric.
Usage
1.Padding method: Dosage: 20~30g/L(10% solution), Temp.: 30~40ºCTechnology: one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads
2.Dipping method: Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution), Temp.: 40ºC-50ºCLiquor ratio: 1:10~15, Time: 30 mins
Storage & Packing
1.Storage period: 12 months in a cool and shady place.
2.25kg in a plastic woven bag. For intermiscibility with other auxiliaries and processes, please test first and adjust accordingly.
