Specification

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: To prepare, gradually introduce the flakes into room temperature water at a ratio of 5~10%. Stir consistently for 3-5 minutes, then progressively heat to 70~75ºC while stirring continuously until fully dissolved. Set aside for subsequent use.
2. Hot water directly: Introduce the flakes into water at 60~70ºC in a 5~10% proportion. Stir slowly to achieve a thorough dissolution, then retain for future applications.

Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Opt for one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads to achieve desired results.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 minutes
3. For compatibility with other auxiliaries and processes, conduct preliminary tests and adjust accordingly.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage period: Ensure a 12-month shelf life by storing in a cool and shaded environment.
2. Packaged in 25kg plastic woven bags for secure and efficient handling.
