Dissolving Method
1. Hot Water Preparation: Gradually mix flakes into room temperature water at a 5~10% ratio. Stir for 3~5 minutes continuously while heating to 70~75ºC. Keep stirring until fully dissolved. Ready for use.
2. Direct Hot Water Method: Introduce flakes into 60~70ºC water at a 5~10% ratio. Stir gently until completely dissolved. Ready for use.

Usage
1. Padding Method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Process: Apply one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads for optimal results.
2. Dipping Method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor Ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 minutes
3. For compatibility with other auxiliaries and processes, conduct preliminary tests and adjust as necessary.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage Period: Keep in a cool, shaded place for up to 12 months.
2. Packaging: 25kg in a durable plastic woven bag.
