Specification
1. Fabric Type: Specifically designed for same bath dyed fabrics, this softener flake ensures seamless integration and superior performance.
2. Component: Crafted from a unique blend of multiple polymeric compounds, delivering unmatched fabric care.
Dissolving Method
1. Hot Water (Gradual): Immerse the flakes into room temperature water, maintaining a 5~10% ratio, and stir gently for 3~5 minutes. Progressively heat the mixture to 70~75ºC, continuing to stir until thoroughly dissolved, then set aside for later use.
2. Direct Hot Water: Introduce the flakes into water heated to 60~70ºC, maintaining the 5~10% ratio. Stir slowly to achieve full dissolution, then reserve for use.

Usage
1. Padding Method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: One dip, one pad, or two dips, two pads to achieve optimal results.
2. Dipping Method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor Ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 minutes
3. Prior to intermixing with other auxiliaries or processes, conduct tests and adjust accordingly for desired outcomes.
Storage & Packing
1. Store in a cool, shaded area to maintain quality for up to 12 months.
2. Available in 25kg plastic woven bags for convenience and ease of handling.
