Specification

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually introduce the flakes into room temperature water at a proportion of 5~10%, stirring consistently for 3~5 minutes. Continue stirring while gradually heating to 70~75ºC until the flakes are fully dissolved. Reserve for use.
2. Hot water directly: Immerse the flakes into water at 60~70ºC in a proportion of 5~10%, then stir gently until completely dissolved. Reserve for application.

Application
Ideal for fabrics requiring high salt resistance.
Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Employ one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads for optimal results
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 minutes for maximum effectiveness
3. Before mixing with other auxiliaries and proceeding with the process, please conduct a preliminary test and adjust according to the results.
Storage & Packing
1. Shelf life: 12 months when stored in a cool and shaded environment.
2. Package: 25kg in durable plastic woven bags to ensure product integrity.
