Dissolving Method 1. Hot water: Gently introduce the flakes into room temperature water, maintaining a 5~10% proportion. Stir consistently for 3~5 minutes, gradually heating the mixture to 70~75ºC. Continue stirring until the flakes are fully dissolved, ready for application.
2. Hot water directly: Add flakes directly into water heated to 60~70ºC, in a 5~10% ratio. Stir carefully until thoroughly dissolved, ensuring optimal preparation for use.

Application Ideal for fabrics requiring high salt resistance.
Usage1. Padding method:
Dosage: Apply 20~30g/L (10% solution), maintain temperature at 30ºC~40ºC for best results.
Technology: Utilize one dip, one pad or the alternative of two dips and two pads for enhanced application.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: Employ 3~8% (o.w.f) with a 10% solution. Maintain temperature between 40ºC-50ºC.
Liquor ratio: Maintain a 1:10~15 ratio for 30 mins to achieve desired effects.
3. Thoroughly examine intermiscibility with other auxiliaries and processes. Adjust based on test outcomes for optimized results.
Storage & Packing 1. Store for up to 12 months in a cool, shady environment to preserve quality.
2. Packaged in 25kg plastic woven bags for secure storage and easy handling.
