Specification
1. Fabric type: Suitable for same bath dyed fabric, ensuring impeccable quality and finish.

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually introduce the flakes into room temperature water at a ratio of 5~10%. Stir continuously for 3~5 minutes, then slowly heat the mixture to 70~75ºC while stirring until fully dissolved, making it ready for use.
2. Hot water directly: Directly add the flakes into water heated to 60~70ºC at a proportion of 5~10%. Stir slowly until they are completely dissolved, ensuring optimal performance.

Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: One dip, one pad or two dips, two pads technique for efficient absorption.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 minutes for thorough treatment.
3. Test intermiscibility with other auxiliaries and adjust processes for optimal results.
Storage & Packing
1. Store for 12 months in a cool, shady place to maintain product efficacy.
2. Packaged in a 25kg plastic woven bag for safe and convenient handling.
