Specification

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually introduce KR-521 flakes into room temperature water, maintaining a mixture proportion of 5~10%. Stir continuously for 3~5 minutes while gently heating the solution to 70~75ºC. Keep stirring until the flakes are completely dissolved, then set aside for future use.
2. Hot water directly: Introduce flakes into water heated to 60~70ºC, maintaining a 5~10% proportion. Stir slowly until fully dissolved, then set aside for future use.

Application

Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temperature: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Single dip and single pad or double dips and double pads for optimal application.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temperature: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Duration: 30 minutes
3. Ensure compatibility with other auxiliaries and adjust processes according to prior tests.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage period: 12 months in a cool, shaded environment to preserve quality.
2. Packaged in a 25kg plastic woven bag for secure and efficient storage.
