Specification

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually introduce the flakes into room temperature water at a proportion of 5~10%, stirring for 3~5 minutes. Continue stirring while gradually heating to 70~75ºC until fully dissolved for optimal use.
2. Hot water directly: Place flakes into 60~70ºC water at a 5~10% ratio. Stir slowly to achieve complete dissolution for effective application.

Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temperature: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Utilize one dip, one pad, or two dips, two pads techniques
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temperature: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Processing time: 30 minutes
3. Before mixing with other auxiliaries or processes, conduct tests and adjust based on results for best performance.
Storage & Packing
1. Store up to 12 months in a cool, shady place to ensure longevity.
2. Packaged in 25kg plastic woven bags for secure and convenient handling.
