Specification

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually introduce the flakes into room temperature water until a 5~10% concentration is achieved. Stir continuously for 3~5 minutes, then gradually heat the mixture to 70~75ºC while stirring slowly until fully dissolved. The solution is then ready for use.
2. Hot water directly: Directly add the flakes into water heated to 60~70ºC at a 5~10% concentration. Stir slowly for a thorough dissolution, after which it is ready for application.

Application
Ideal for fabrics requiring high salt resistance.
Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temperature: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Utilize one dip and one pad, or two dips and two pads techniques.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temperature: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Duration: 30 minutes
3. Ensure compatibility with other auxiliaries and processes by conducting preliminary tests and making necessary adjustments based on results.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage period: Maintain in cool, shaded conditions for up to 12 months.
2. Packaged in 25kg plastic woven bags.
