Specification

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually add the flakes to room temperature water at a 5~10% proportion, stirring for 3~5 minutes. Continue stirring while heating the mix to 70~75ºC until fully dissolved. Use as needed.
2. Hot water directly: Introduce the flakes into water heated to 60~70ºC at a 5~10% proportion. Stir slowly until thoroughly dissolved, then set aside for use.

Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technique: Employ one dip, one pad, or two dips, two pads for best results.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Duration: 30 minutes for optimal absorption.
3. For intermiscibility with other auxiliaries and the product's processing, perform preliminary tests and adjust based on results.
Storage & Packing
1. Store for up to 12 months in a cool and shaded area to maintain efficacy.
2. Packaged in 25kg plastic woven bags for secure storage and transport.
