Specification
1. Fabric type: Perfectly suited for same bath dyed fabric
2. Component: Composed of multiple polymeric compounds
Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually mix the flakes into room temperature water, maintaining a ratio of 5~10%. Stir continuously for 3~5 minutes, then gently heat to 70~75ºC while stirring until fully dissolved. Set aside for use.
2. Hot water directly: Introduce flakes into 60~70ºC water with a 5~10% ratio, stirring slowly until entirely dissolved. Set aside for use.
Property
1. Enhances the fabric to achieve an exquisite soft, smooth, and full handfeel feeling
2. Exhibits exceptional salt tolerance and alkali resistance, with minimal yellowflowing property
3. Has minimal impact on fabric whiteness and color shade
Application
Ideal for fabrics requiring high salt resistance.
Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technique: One dip, one pad or two dips, two pads
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 minutes
3. For compatibility with other auxiliaries and processes, please conduct a preliminary test and adjust based on results.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage period: 12 months in a cool, shaded location.
2. Packaged in 25kg plastic woven bags.
