Dissolving Method:
1. Hot water: Add the flakes into room temperature water gradually in the proportion of 5~10%, stir for 3~5minutes, keep stirring and gradually heat to 70~75ºC. Slowly stir until completely dissolve, reserve for use.
2. Hot water directly: Add the flakes into 60~70ºCwater in the proportion of 5~10%, then stir slowly to dissolve very well, reserve foruse.
Application:
Used on cotton, T/C, wool, etc. Widely used in dyeing plant and washingplant
Usage:
1. Padding method: 20~30g/L(10% solution), temperature 30~40ºC,
technology: one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads
2. Dipping method: 3~8%(o.w.f)(10% solution) Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 temperature: 40ºC-50ºC
time: 30minutes
Storage & Packing
1.25KGS in woven bag
2.Storage for 12 months in cool and shady place.
3.Intermiscibility with other auxiliaries and process of the product, please test first and adjust according to the result.
