Specification

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually add the flakes into room temperature water at a ratio of 5~10%. Stir for 3~5 minutes. Continue stirring while heating to 70~75ºC until fully dissolved. Ready for use.
2. Hot water directly: Add the flakes into 60~70ºC water at a ratio of 5~10%. Stir slowly until completely dissolved. Ready for use.

2.Exhibits excellent salt tolerance, alkali resistance, and low yellowing properties.

Application

Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: One dip, one pad or two dips, two pads for optimal results.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 minutes
3. Ensure compatibility with other auxiliaries and processes. Test first and adjust accordingly.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage period: 12 months in a cool, shady place to maintain efficacy.
2. Packaged in 25kg plastic woven bags for secure storage and handling.
