Specification

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually introduce the flakes into room temperature water at a ratio of 5~10%, stirring for 3~5 minutes. Continue stirring while gently heating to 70~75ºC until fully dissolved and ready for use.
2. Hot water directly: Mix the flakes into 60~70ºC water at a 5~10% ratio. Stir slowly to ensure thorough dissolution, then it's ready for application.

Application

Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temperature: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Implement one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads for optimal results.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temperature: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 mins
3. For compatibility with other auxiliaries and processing protocols, pre-testing is advised for precise adjustments.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage period: Ensure a cool and shaded environment for a 12-month shelf life.
