Product Specification
1. Fabric Type
: Ideal for same bath dyed fabrics.
2. Component
: Enriched with multiple polymeric compounds.
Dissolving Method
1. Hot Water: Gradually incorporate the flakes into room temperature water at a ratio of 5~10%. Stir for 3~5 minutes, then continue stirring while heating to 70~75ºC until fully dissolved. Ready for use.
2. Direct Hot Water: Add the flakes into water at 60~70ºC in a 5~10% ratio. Stir slowly until thoroughly dissolved. Ready for use.
Property
1.Imparts a superior soft, smooth, and full hand feel to the fabric.
2.Boasts excellent salt tolerance, alkali resistance, with minimal yellowing effect.
3. Causes minimal impact on fabric whiteness and color shade.
Application
Perfect for fabrics requiring high salt resistance.
Usage
1. Padding Method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technique: One dip, one pad or two dips, two pads.
2. Dipping Method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC~50ºC
Liquor Ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 minutes.
3. Test intermiscibility with other auxiliaries and processes first and adjust accordingly.
Storage & Packing
1. Shelf life: 12 months when stored in a cool, shady place.
2. Packaged in 25kg plastic woven bags.
