Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: For smooth and effective dissolving, gradually introduce the flakes into room temperature water at a 5~10% concentration, stirring for 3~5 minutes. Continue stirring while heating gently to 70~75ºC until completely dissolved. This solution is then ready for use.
2. Hot water directly: For a more direct approach, add the flakes into water at 60~70ºC at a 5~10% concentration, and stir gently until fully dissolved, making it ready for application.

Application
Ideal for fabrics requiring high resistance to salt.
Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Employ either a single dip and pad or a double dip and pad process for optimal results.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 mins
3. Ensure compatibility when mixing with other auxiliaries and processes; initial testing and adjustments based on results are recommended.
Storage & Packing
1. Store for up to 12 months in a cool, shaded area to preserve product quality.
2. Packaged conveniently in a 25kg plastic woven bag for easy handling.
