Specification

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually introduce the flakes into room temperature water at a proportion of 5~10%. Stir gently for 3~5 minutes, then steadily heat the mixture to 70~75ºC while continuing to stir until fully dissolved. Set aside for future use.
2. Hot water directly: Place the flakes into water heated to 60~70ºC at a proportion of 5~10%, stirring slowly to ensure they dissolve completely. Then, set aside for immediate use.

Application

Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Options include one dip, one pad or the two dips, two pads method
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Process time: 30 minutes
3. For compatibility with other auxiliaries and processes, conduct preliminary tests and make adjustments as necessary based on results.
Storage & Packing
1. Shelf life: Store in a cool and shady location for up to 12 months.
2. Packaging: Comes in 25kg sturdy plastic woven bags.
