Specification

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Introduce the flakes gradually into water at room temperature, ensuring a concentration of 5~10%. Stir continuously for 3~5 minutes while gently heating to 70~75ºC. Continue stirring until fully dissolved, then set aside for use.
2. Hot water directly: Place the flakes directly into water heated to 60~70ºC in a 5~10% proportion, stirring gently to achieve a complete dissolution. Set aside for utilization.

Application
Ideal for fabrics requiring high salt resistance.
Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution), Temperature: 30ºC~40ºC
Technique: One dip, one pad, or double dips, double pads
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution), Temperature: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15, Duration: 30 minutes
3. For compatibility with other auxiliaries and processing, conduct a pre-test and adjust based on results.
Storage & Packing
1. Store in a cool, shaded location for up to 12 months.
2. Packaging: 25kg in a robust plastic woven bag.
