Specification

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually introduce the flakes into room temperature water at a ratio of 5~10%, stir for 3~5 minutes. Continue stirring while slowly heating to 70~75ºC, ensuring complete dissolution. Set aside for subsequent use.
2. Hot water directly: Directly add the flakes to water heated to 60~70ºC in a 5~10% proportion. Stir gently to ensure thorough dissolution and reserve for later application.

Application
Ideal for fabrics requiring high salt resistance.
Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temperature: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Employ a one dip, one pad or a two dips, two pads technique
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temperature: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 minutes
3. For compatibility with other auxiliaries and the process, perform initial testing and adjust accordingly.
Storage & Packing
1. Shelf life: 12 months when stored in a cool, shaded area.
2. Packed in 25kg plastic woven bags for optimal preservation.
