Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Begin by adding the flakes slowly into room temperature water at a ratio of 5~10%. Stir consistently for 3~5 minutes, gradually bringing the mixture to a temperature of 70~75ºC. Continue stirring until the flakes are fully dissolved, then set aside for future use.
2. Hot water directly: Directly introduce the flakes into water heated to 60~70ºC at a 5~10% proportion. Stir gently until the flakes are thoroughly dissolved and ready for application.

Application
Ideal for fabrics requiring high salt resistance.
Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temperature: Maintain between 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Opt for either one dip, one pad, or try two dips, two pads for optimal results
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (on weight of fabric, 10% solution) Temperature: 40ºC~50ºC
Liquor ratio: Maintain between 1:10~15 Duration: 30 minutes
3. Compatibility: Ensure thorough testing for intermiscibility with other auxiliaries and adapt processes based on test results.
Storage & Packing
1. Store in a cool, shaded area for a period of 12 months to ensure quality.
2. Packaged in 25kg plastic woven bags for convenience and durability.
