Dissolving Method 1. Hot water: Gradually introduce the flakes into room temperature water at a ratio of 5~10%. Stir continuously for 3~5 minutes, then slowly heat to 70~75ºC while stirring until fully dissolved. The solution is then ready for use.
2. Hot water directly: For a quicker preparation, add the flakes directly into water heated to 60~70ºC at a 5~10% ratio, stirring gradually to achieve a thorough dissolution. The solution will then be ready for use.

Application Ideal for fabrics demanding high resistance to salt exposure.
Usage1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) at a temperature of 30ºC~40ºC for optimal results.
Technique: Employ one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads to achieve desired finish.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: Use 3~8% (o.w.f) with a 10% solution at 40ºC-50ºC for effective treatment.
Liquor ratio: Maintain a ratio of 1:10~15 for 30 minutes to ensure thorough application.
3. Always test for intermiscibility with other auxiliaries. Adjust processing as necessary based on test outcomes.
Storage & Packing 1. Storage period: Up to 12 months when kept in a cool and shaded environment.
2. Packaging: Securely packed in 25kg plastic woven bags for easy handling and protection.
